Weather conditions such as rain, wind or clouds are not a reason or justification for cancelling the trip. Cancellations due to weather are solely a decision which can be made by Boat Rental Playa del Carmen. If a cancellation is due to risky weather conditions and we are unable to reschedule for another date, a full refund will be made to the client.

The weather in the Caribbean changes frequently. Even if you look at the weather forecast and a cloudy day with wind or rain is indicated, do not worry it maybe sunny at sea! We have tropical weather and it changes a lot.

If there is No Show from the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

There is no age limit in our boats, everyone is welcome onboard.

Yes, Boat Rental Playa del Carmen offers only private boat trips, only your group onboard.

In a 4 hour trip you visit the reef of Inah, it takes around 40min navigating to get there.

In a 8 hour trip you visit two different reefs in the area or some yachts and boats cross to Cozumel Island to visit El Cielo.

All boats, catamarans, and yachts depart from Marina Puerto Aventuras, 30 min away from Playa del Carmen.

There is no Marina in the city of Playa del Carmen.
